What We Expect
2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch with prototyping expertise
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics
Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
