2. SOW / Engagement
DesignHQ provides subscription-based and project-based design services. All deliverables are subject to the specific scope of work agreed upon at the commencement of the engagement. We strive to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of all fees, the client is granted exclusive ownership of the final design deliverables. DesignHQ retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, case studies, and social media unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed prohibiting such use.
4. Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information required for us to perform our services. Delays in providing feedback or assets may result in adjusted timelines.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are due as per the schedule outlined in your invoice or subscription plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. Payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DesignHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding billing cycle.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in [Your City/Region].
