What We Expect
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in animation, design, or related field
Basic proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar motion graphics software
Understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling
Strong eagerness to learn and receptiveness to feedback
Good time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
Portfolio or reel showcasing motion design work (academic projects welcome)
