1M1B runs Job Melas across India, and every event needed material built to travel, from a 40x10 ft banner at the entrance to a flyer small enough to hand someone in line. We designed one system that held together across sizes and languages, so the experience felt the same whether someone was walking past a hoarding or scrolling on their phone.
1M1B needed collateral that could connect with first-time job seekers from rural communities, give equal visibility to multiple partners (1M1B and GSA) sharing the same venue, and hold up across a wide spread of sizes and locations, all on a tight timeline.
We built one flexible design system rather than one-off pieces — spanning a banner all the way to a entrance display, a promotional flyer to a full social carousel. Every format shared the same visual DNA, keeping the brand recognizable no matter where it appeared.
We treated all languages as equally important from the start. For example, English and Telugu were each designed as their own layout, not one adapted from the other. From there, we built reusable templates that let each new city launch quickly, needing only new dates, locations, and photos rather than a fresh design.
