We designed one app that replaced the stack: digital check-in, a personalised agenda builder, live polling, an AR wayfinder, and a single admin dashboard that let organisers push updates in real time.

We started with the attendee journey, mapped every friction point from arrival to last session, then built the interface around speed and clarity — so nothing needed a tutorial.
